Over time, under the mentorship of distinguished gurus, his involvement with yoga underwent a metamorphosis. He realized that yoga is the solitary form of practice that caters to the entirety of the body, its organs, as well as the mind and the spirit. This spurred him to obtain an M.A. in Yoga. Practising Ashtanga yoga for almost eight hours per day elevated him into a skilled and sought-after teacher. Even now, amidst a busy teaching schedule, he devotes four hours daily to self-practice. Teaching yoga necessitates practice and experience. He advises, “one should discover which form or style of practice resonates with them, and then work toward that style, instead of dabbling in everything and mastering nothing.”
